Terms of service

What I offer

Digital career services delivered 100% online: CV writing and optimisation (ATS and visual formats), cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimisation, diagnostic reports and individual video sessions, in English or Spanish. The content and price of each service are set out on the services and prices page. Prices for Spain include applicable taxes; prices for Argentina are in Argentine pesos.

My services are independent and are not part of any company's recruitment process. I improve how your profile is presented, but I can't guarantee that you'll get an interview or a job, because that decision is up to each company.

How to book

• You choose the service and pay using one of the payment methods available for your country.
• You send me your CV and proof of payment through the contact form or WhatsApp.
• I send you a questionnaire about your background and goals.
• Your CV is delivered as a PDF within 24 hours of completing the questionnaire. For packages that include LinkedIn and a report, I'll give you the timeline when we start. 1:1 sessions are booked after payment: once I confirm it, I send you the link to choose a day and time.

Payment and invoices

Payment is made in advance. For Spain and other countries you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Klarna via Stripe, by PayPal, by Bizum or with Wise; in Argentina, by card via Stripe, in Argentine pesos. I issue invoices: send me your billing details when you book if you need one.

Cancellation and withdrawal

Because these are made-to-measure digital services, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as I haven't started working on it. Work starts when you send me the completed questionnaire or, for sessions, when the session takes place.

By paying and sending me your questionnaire you expressly ask me to start providing the service immediately, and you accept that once it has started you lose the right of withdrawal provided for in consumer law (article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If you want to cancel before then, message me and I'll refund the amount using the same payment method within 14 days at most.

For 1:1 sessions, you can change the date by messaging me before the booked time.

Use of the documents

The documents you receive are for your personal use in your job search. You may not resell them or use their design or structure as a commercial template.

Your data

I process your data and CV only to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.

Complaints and governing law

If something hasn't gone as you expected, message me first and we'll sort it out. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by consumer law in your country of residence.
