Data controller

What data I collect

The data you provide in the form: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, professional situation, career goal, LinkedIn profile if you include it, the CV you attach and any information you add in your message.

If you download one of my free guides, I collect your name and email, the guide you downloaded and the date. If you tick the optional box, I also record your consent to send you job-search tips by email. If you buy a service, I keep the order details (product, amount, payment method and, if you send it, the payment receipt). To understand which content is useful, I note which guides are downloaded and the enquiries I receive; all of it sits in a private management panel that only I can access.

Please don't include unnecessary data in your CV, such as ID numbers, date of birth, marital status or full address.

What I use it for

• Reviewing your CV and replying to your enquiry.
• Sending you the guide you asked for and, if you ticked the optional box, occasional job-search tips by email (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Managing our relationship (enquiries, orders and follow-up) in my own CRM.
• Telling you about my consulting services and, if you book one, providing it.

This form is for my independent consulting services. Your data is not used for any company's recruitment process and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the download or contact form, and, if you book a service, the performance of that contract.

How long I keep it

Up to 24 months from your last contact if you only downloaded guides, 12 months if you sent an enquiry and didn't book anything, or for as long as needed to provide the service and meet the relevant legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where it is stored

The form and files are received through Netlify, Inc., this website's hosting provider, which may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by law (such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). Contacts, orders and files are stored in Netlify's secure storage, and emails are sent through a transactional email provider. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which handles the card data; I never see it. I use email and WhatsApp to communicate with you.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to jesuselpsicologo@gmail.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
