Your CV, tailored to every job. Before you send it.

As a recruiter, I see strong profiles rejected every day because their CV doesn’t say what the job ad is looking for. That’s why I built Encaja: paste your CV and the job ad, and within a minute you’ll know how well they match and what to change.

Encaja’s interface is in Spanish for now; the English version is on its way.

Keywords in the job ad

Suggested line“Monthly budget control and financial KPI tracking for senior management, reported in Power BI.”

The score measures how closely your CV fits this job, not your chances of being hired.

The problem

You’re not rejected for your experience, but for how it’s written

If the job ad asks for “competency-based interviewing” and you wrote “did interviews”, the filter doesn’t always make the connection. You can do it, but your CV doesn’t show it with the words recruiters are searching for.

Who’s behind it

A recruiter’s criteria, whenever you need them

I’m Jesús Romero. I’ve worked in recruitment since 2017 and have supported more than 500 people through career changes. Encaja applies the same criteria I use when I review a CV for a real vacancy.

It doesn’t replace a person: it tells you what your CV is missing for each job, so you don’t apply blindly.

FAQ

Before you try it

What is an ATS?

An applicant tracking system: software many companies and job boards use to sort applications. It reads your CV as text and compares it with the job ad. If it doesn’t find what it’s looking for, your CV drops down the list before a person sees it.

What does the 0–100 score mean?

It’s an estimate of how closely your CV fits that specific job: keywords, experience, qualifications and achievements. It doesn’t measure your chances of getting an interview or a job, because each company decides that. It helps you know what to improve before you apply.

Does Encaja make up experience?

No. It reorders and rewrites what’s already in your CV using the job ad’s wording. If something needs confirming, it flags it so you can check it or delete it.

What happens to my data?

Your CV isn’t stored on our servers: it stays in your browser. Even so, I recommend removing your name, phone, email and address before pasting it.

How much does it cost?

The first analysis is free, no card needed. The Pro pack costs €9.99 in a single payment, no subscription. It includes 10 tailored CVs for 10 jobs, in PDF or Word, and while you have CVs left, the match analysis and career development map too. CVs don’t expire, and if you run out you can buy another pack.

Does Encaja replace you reviewing my CV?

No. Encaja tells you what your CV is missing for each job. If you want me to build your CV from scratch, around your story and your goal, that’s what I do in the CV and LinkedIn packages.
